Event Title Sponsorship – $10,000.00:
An opportunity to tell all in the community that your company is “the” leader in Calgary’s outdoor adventure scene. This sponsorship will allow your company the naming rights to the Calgary Outdoor Expo and Festival. We are looking for a brand that cares about Calgary’s outdoor community and has a passion for outdoor adventure Sports.
- Naming Rights Sponsorship includes the following:
- Your Official Brand on the title of all promotion, advertising, signage, press releases articles and coverage. As an example if Spirit West signed on as the title sponsor then the festival would be known as he the “Spirit West Calgary Outdoor Expo and Festival”
- Full page colour ad in Outdoor Expo and Festival newsletter value of $2250.00
- Premium booth of 300 sq. feet value of $1575.00
- Prominent advertisement in the header of the official website including a link to your website. Value of $500.00
- Complimentary entry in the “Hot and New Product Section” $500.00
- Complimentary distribution of promotional material $500.00
Presenting Sponsors – two positions at $5000.00 ea:
The presenting sponsors are ideally an organization who has a public place or storefront in the local outdoor community. They will benefit from the vast exposure given to this position.
- A Presenting Sponsorship includes the following:
- Prominent mention on the posters, in the expo program, and in the onsite signage generated for the event
- 1/2 page colour ad in the Outdoor Expo and Festival newsletter a value of $1350.00
- Premium booth of 200 sq. feet value of $1050.00
- Prominent advertisement in the home page of the official website including a link to your website. Value of $300.00
- Complimentary entry in the “Hot and New Product Section” $500.00
- Complimentary distribution of promotional material $500.00
Supporting Sponsors – $1650 ea. (up to 15 positions):
Supporting sponsors are ideally vendors, outfitters, and retailers who are exhibiting at the show and are looking to capitalize on their commitment to the outdoor community.
- A Supporting Sponsorship includes the following:
- Mention on the posters, and in the expo program
- 1/6 page colour ad in the Outdoor Expo and Festival newsletter a value of $475.00
- Premium booth of 100 sq. feet value of $650.00
- Prominent advertisement in the home page- sidebar position-of the official website including a link to your website. Value of $300.00
- Complimentary placement of promotional material $200.00
Media Sponsorship
The Calgary Outdoor Expo and Festival is looking to share the excitement and anticipated popularity of the event with a Print media, magazine or newspaper, a Radio Sponsor and perhaps TV Sponsor. The event will certainly be of value to media sponsors giving them access to exclusive stories, celebrity athlete interviews and a digest of industry tips to utilize for programming. The Calgary Outdoor Expo and Festival will reciprocate through purchase of some media from the sponsor. The media purchase will be determined on an individual basis with the sponsor.
